Information Technology
In-house Information ERP system was developed to serve the working processes within the
company and between the teams to control and manage both internal information and any changes made
from internal including the manufacturing order from design team to factory, the accounting, finances and
HR systems, construction management system and QC software to database management from internal to
external usage such as website that allows customers check their project’s status.
Furthermore, it is important that every data is traceable especially the data on customers’ projects
in the case of defects or errors found during the processes
System Control
Apart from software usage for production design and drawings, the company developed its own
construction management system to control processes and qualities. The mixture of software and
management system allow D-Innova to control its quality from the design which is the origin of the whole
construction processes to processes of suppliers and subcontractors selections, to quality control at
important construction processes via QC software program that stores raw data and photographs of each
units within project.
