I. COMPANY BACKGROUND

D- Innova is a medium sized construction company founded in 2014. Prior to founding, D-innova

was the construction unit within Homeplace Development Co.,Ltd, a real estate company founded in

1979 through present time, before the department was split out and set up into a company with the same

shareholders. The team has more than 30 years experiences of construction in residential housing,

condominium projects, private projects, and factories. Upon establishment, the company strives to

become Solution by Innovations with the promise to deliver high quality construction products that satisfy

and meet each and every customer’s requirements through the use of construction technologies.

D-Innova was founded in 2014 with a registered capital of one million Baht and increased to five

million Baht by September 2017. The company is currently led by Khun Tunyaporn Dechavas as the

managing director, with Khun Kanok Dechavas as the advisor in construction technologies (Khun Kanok

Dechavas is also the managing director at Homplace Development Co.,Ltd)

Throughout, D-Innova has invested in construction technologies and will continue to adapt to new

available technologies for further improvement in the working processes and in quality of the construction

products. The company adopted precast concrete manufacturing technology and prefabricated

structural steels technologies, and adapt with conventional construction processes to deliver the

promising products and services. Other than prefabricated concrete and steels, D-Innova has also

experienced the usage of the formworks for the on-site casting to have the specified different concrete

surface as required by the customers. These technologies are not only limited to mass production

processes, but can also be customized for small projects if it is preferred.

In 2017, D-Innova has employed more than 200 employees including management and labor

team on site, factory team, and back office team that collaborate with one another from deriving the

combined drawings to actual construction process to prevent defects during the processes as much as
